About Me

Who am I?

Music fan.

Peter Pan.

Morning person.

Night person.

Art is life.

Water chugger.

Adrenaline rush.

My blog, Lost & Found, is built around the quote:

“Not until we are lost do we begin to find ourselves.”

The quote is truthful, simple and inspiring which are the three things I hope my blog will show though each post. Everything written will come from my heart. Expect random and spontaneous.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I can only hope that spending a little time on Lost & Found will help you discover new things about yourself too.

You rock. Never give up on yourself or your dreams. You got this.

      1. Ahh I actually don’t have a twitter for this blog yet…thinking about it if I reach 500 followers or something!

  1. Hey Sarah!

Love how your blog shows a different opinion than all the others. Your post “It’s Just As Hard To Be Ken As It Is To Be Barbie” is actually my favorite. You took an issue, opened up door number 2, and gave your opinion on it. Happy to see other people in my generation aren’t just “going with the flow.” Really enjoy it all, you sure have a future ahead of you!

    1. James. Thank you SO much. Your feedback means so so much to me. You made my day and put a smile on my face. You’re so kind. Nice to meet you today on Twitter 🙂

  2. You’ve commented on my about me and so I figured I’d return the favour because you made my day with that comment 🙂
Its inspiring to see someone who has thrown herself into writing in various outlets, we appear to have similar ambitions which is amazing to see!
I do hope you get your dream job and that you become “found”.
    All my best 🙂

    1. Glad I made your day. That makes me feel like I accomplished something great! Why thank you so so much for your kind words. I really do appreciate it! I KNOW everything will work out for you. You’ve got a talent that the world needs to see. If you’re up for it, I hope we can talk further elsewhere about this sort of blogging stuff. It would be really neat to find out more about the guy behind the amazing words. Let me know! All my best as well and more! xx Sarah

      1. I’ll like you on facebook or something if you want to chat? Or if you feel safer, you can always add me on facebook…just search for Carl Brains Perry. (There’s a story there)
I’ll be more than happy to unravel and discuss my words and your words and blogging.

        I hope you’re having a wonderful day.
        Carl xx

  3. Thank you for finding my blog, so I could find yours! I can’t wait to read more and I love love love the bucket list idea!! I am new to this world… I may do a bucket list too… is that off limits???? Maybe I could link your blog or something?? So much to learn 🙂

    1. You should definitely do a bucket list, that would be awesome! 🙂 And you don’t need to link my blog but you can if you want! I can’t wait to read your list.

  4. Hi Sarah,

I’m writing on behalf of http://www.fluxforum.com. We’re a relatively new blog that features different stories from people about their experiences growing up.

I have been following your blog, and I really admire your writing. I was wondering if you would consider cross-posting something for our site, as a guest writer? I can send you more info if you’re interested.

    Let me know!

P.S. Sorry for contacting you this way! I wasn’t sure how best to do so. I can be reached at editors@fluxforum.com

    1. Hello! Thanks so much for the offer. I’m quite busy today but will send you an email tomorrow. I’d love to be a guest writer. Thanks 🙂 Talk to you soon and have a great day!

  5. Hello Sarah, just stopping by to say thank you for following my blog.

Just been checking out a couple of your posts and think I’m going to like your blog just fine haha.

    Take care.

  6. I always read the “about” section when I first discover a new blog because I like to get a sense of the person behind the words being posted. I absolutely love everything that you have written here and look forward to more posts from you.

Who are some of your favorite bands? I’m always interested in discovering new music.

    1. I do the same. Just read yours actually. We seem to have a lot in common. I’d love to talk with you sometime! (we can discuss our favorite bands there) Thank you so much. PS. New York is amazing!

      1. Yeah I was thinking the same thing while reading through yours haha. Does WordPress actually have a messaging feature or do we just talk here? By the way thanks for the follow on Instagram! I followed you back.
